I’d like to create videos that could be reused for many tasks using data

• Basic idea is, there are various parts to videos that are fairly standard and simple. They need to be be repeatable based on context and criteria.
• Editing needs to be very easy and quick.
• Minimal animations are good
• A sequence of such videos as layers are sufficient to create a good looking video
